she's my first ever pokémon! i'm really lucky i've managed to keep my original cartridge all these years, and that i could use my 3ds to back up the original save file. so i can keep her forever!!

she was my best friend, and stayed with me through my whole adventure.

shes, uh, a shockingly low level for a hall of famer because of my mew i used in that playthrough. which was traded to me by a friend who definitely action replayed him in.

i really really really love pokémon. i have so many fond memories of it and at this point ive loved it most of my life

my earliest memories of pokémon are watching the diamond & pearl anime on cartoon network in my childhood home on a tube tv. and my mom turning it off all the time because it was kind of an annoying show. i really liked piplup

i'm not entirely sure what happened between then and getting my first game, soulsilver. my memory is pretty hazy

but i do remember the day i got it! it was my little sister's 4th birthday party, and i got it as a late birthday gift from my grandma who lived out of town.

one of my best friends at the time who already played a lot of pokémon tried to show me what to do, and went through the whole beginning of the game for me, and picked totodile as my starter. i liked chikorita a lot more, so i restarted to pick her instead. i named her princess... and the rest is history...
